1.Q: How to start orders or make payments?
A: You can send us your Purchase order(if your company has), or just send a simple confirmation by email or by Trade Manager, and we will send you Proforma Invoice with our bank details for your confirmation, then you can make payment accordingly.
2. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: For the high value product, our MOQ starts from 1g and generally starts from 1kgs. For other low price product, our MOQ starts from 10kg and 100kg. Also,we could supply cargo at small quantity,which price will be a little higher than MOQ /bulk order price.
3.Q:Do you accept sample order?
Yes, We accept small order from 50g to 1 kg.we also can offer free sample with freight collected. The samples can be sent by FedEx, DHL, TNT,UPS or EMS.The freight will be refunded.
4.Q:How long is your delivery time?
It depends on order quantities.Sample delivery time:around 7-10 days Bulk goods delivery time: around 30-45 days;Generally it is 15days for our currently product.
